The following provides some of the general qualification requirements for Foreign National Loans;
- An account with an American Banking Institution with sufficient funds for down payment and closing costs. Foreign bank account acceptable for reserve requirements
- The equivalent of at least 12 months reserves of principal, interest, taxes, insurance and HOA if applicable
- A recommendation letter from your bank that references at least a two year operating history
- If you are not self employed a letter from your employer outlining your income is required
- If self employed, a letter from your accountant or auditor outlining your income for the most recent three years
- Copies of utility bills from your country to confirm your name and the address of your residence in your home country
